The Little Mermaid JR
In a magical underwater kingdom, the beautiful young mermaid, Ariel, longs to leave her ocean home — and her fins — behind and live in the world above. But first, she'll have to defy her father, King Triton, make a deal with the evil sea witch, Ursula, and convince the handsome Prince Eric that she’s the girl whose enchanting voice he's been seeking. Based on one of Hans Christian Andersen's most beloved stories, Disney's The Little Mermaid JR. is an enchanting look at the sacrifices we all make for love and acceptance.
Mermaid will be performed at the Meridian Arts Centre, 5040 Yonge Street, a five-minute walk from North York Centre subway stop.
Peter Pan
The 2026 Revival of the Heart & Soul Drama Club’s very first production! This HSDC original adaptation of J.M. Barrie’s 1904 play follows the adventures of Wendy, John, and Michael Darling as they fly to Neverland with Peter Pan and his jealous fairy Tinkerbell. Together they encounter the Lost Boys and fearless Princess Lily, battle Captain Hook and his band of bumbling pirates, and discover that growing up might be the greatest adventure of all. Featuring Barrie’s own lyrics set to original music, this production is heartwarming, laugh-out-loud fun for all ages.
