Past Productions

Since our founding in 2017, the Heart & Soul Drama Club has put on many heart-warming and entertaining shows. Learn about shows we've performed in the past:

Peter Pan

The very first HSDC production was an original adaptation of J.M. Barrie’s classic play. This hilarious, heartwarming show was revived in February 2026 as our first Junior Troupe production!

The Wizard of Oz Youth Edition

Our first licensed musical was a timeless classic, performed when the original troupe was still very young.

Harry Potter

Performed just before the Covid shutdown, our Harry Potter musical was an original adaptation of The Philosopher’s Stone, granted by special permission from The Blair Partnership, agents to JK Rowling. It was an ambitious, two-hour performance and the kids shone!

Robin Hood

Our first show after Covid was another original musical adaptation, a hilarious retelling of Robin Hood.

The Lion King JR

Our fifth season was a huge growth year for the HSDC, allowing us to perform this incredible, challenging musical in a real theatre for the first time.

Annie JR

In our sixth season, we performed an absolutely incredible production of Annie. Everyone poured their hearts and souls into the show and grew tremendously as performers, raising the HSDC performance bar to new heights!

Peter Pan

Season Seven saw the creation of an HSDC Junior Troupe, who performed a revival of the HSDC’s very first production, our original adaptation of J.M. Barrie’s timeless play, Peter Pan. Our Junior Troupe members did a phenomenal job and demonstrated their readiness to take on a bigger project in Season Eight!

The Little Mermaid JR

In our most ambitious project to date, the HSDC Senior Troupe beautifully performed The Little Mermaid JR during our seventh season. Their joy, creativity, hard work, dedication, and teamwork shone through every moment on stage and backstage.
