My daughter enjoys every minute, and I’ve seen firsthand how much it has boosted her self-confidence.

It takes a village to raise happy, healthy kids, and I am grateful our village includes HSDC.

The HSDC has supported my daughter’s growth in leadership and helped her develop a stronger sense of self, identity, and positive self-worth.

Through the HSDC experience, my child learned the value of commitment and steady effort over time, and how that can lead to something truly meaningful and rewarding.

In a world that can feel overwhelming for young people, I truly believe this program makes a meaningful impact by nurturing optimism and positivity. The cherry on top is the incredible shows that result from the kids’ dedication and hard work.

I am so grateful for this amazing group of kids and, even more importantly, for the leaders who have created such an inclusive and supportive environment. With their guidance, you can see that these kids are building confidence, developing a love for the arts, and building something truly remarkable together.

Thank you so much for HSDC. I can’t explain how much it has meant to me over the last 4 years. I have new friends, new talents and a new passion for singing, dancing, and most of all acting.

My daughter loves being a part of the HSDC. It's helped her grow not only as a singer and performer, but also has offered her chances to develop empathy, kindness, respect, an inclusionary mindset, discipline, focus and self-confidence. She's enjoyed a few leadership opportunties, and has made friends across a wide age range, something not easily found through high school.

HSDC is one of the gifts I am most grateful for. This club has given me the opportunity to pursue the things I most enjoy, to make friends, and to develop my skills as an actor. And there’s nothing like putting on a high-quality show on an actual stage!

Our kids are so grateful for HSDC. But they don’t even know how lucky they are. They love the laughs and the fun; the acting, singing and dancing; the thrill of being on stage; the close friendships. But as parents, we see all of the work that goes into promoting the values that the kids are absorbing as they are having the time of their lives: putting the team first; working hard towards a goal; paying attention to detail; persevering through the challenges; celebrating the wins; taking care of each other. They are learning so much more than they realize.
